First Mortgage Loans on real estate, up to $1,000,000, are available on owner occupied 1 to 4 family homes. Click here for instant or next day approval of a fixed or adjustable rate mortgage. Current rates and terms on Mortgage Loans secured by real estate are located within our rate page under products and services. All loans held by the Credit Union are on a bi-weekly or monthly payment basis and can be payroll deducted directly from your weekly check so you never have to mail in your payment. Home Equity Lines of Credit are available up to $125,000 on owner occupied 1 to 4 family homes. We offer various types of home equity loan products from fixed rates to adjustable rate products. Current rates and terms on Home Equity Loans are located within our rate page under products and services. Home equity loans are payable on the 20th day of each month and are payroll deducted directly from your weekly check so you never have to mail in your payment. Payments on home equity loans are 1 ½ percent of the outstanding loan balance calculated on the 20th day of each month. “Diamond” MasterCard® Home Equity Line of Credit are available up to $125,000 on owner occupied 1 to 4 family homes. This gives you the power of using your home equity loan at any time at any place in the world. You receive a MasterCard® with a line of credit up to your home equity line of Credit at Prime minus 1.25% for the life of the loan. This card can be used for dinner, dancing, travel etc. You can also get cash advances anywhere in the world that MasterCard® is accepted and you can also get money from any ATM. New and Used Automobile Loans (which also includes motorcycles) are available up to $60,000. Loans on vehicles over $30,000 for model years 2006 through 2008 can be financed for up to six (6) years. Personal Unsecured Closed End Loans are available to members up to a maximum of $15,000 for a term of four (4) years. Vacation and Holiday loans are also available from $1,000 to $4,000 for one (1) year at discounted rates. See our loan officer for more details. Also, check out our revolving Vacation/Holiday Loans up to $4,000 and you don’t have to reapply each time you need an advance. $500 TO $10,000 MasterCard® Credit Cards are available to our membership at the lowest rate in Boston, Worcester or in the entire state of Massachusetts. No annual fees, 2% of the outstanding balance payments and a FIXED RATE of 9.5% for everyone, and not just for the best credit scores. While all other financial institutions are raising their rates and charging you different interest rates for cash advances and purchases, we stayed the same. Maybe that’s why everyone likes us best.
