Audio Response Telephone Line 1-877-768-5404 available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Dial 1-877-768-5404, put in your account number, and your initial (first time) PIN (personal identification number), which is the last four digits of your social security number and you, can access your account immediately. After you first call you can change your PIN to whatever number you want so that only you know what it is.

Auto and Homeowners Insurance, The Credit Union provides space to meet with an agent from the Insurance Center of New England. The agency provides auto insurance through Arbella Insurance Company.as well as homeowners insurance .

Direct Deposit for all employees. Save time and earn a little additional interest with the convenience of direct deposit to your checking, savings, Vacation Club or Holiday Club, or IRA accounts.

You may arrange for direct deposit of your paycheck, pension, Social Security payments, and VA payments. You will need our routing number (211083528) and your seven-digit account number.

Paychecks For direct deposit of your paycheck, contact your employer’s payroll department for the appropriate forms and information.

Social Security To arrange direct deposit of your Social Security and/or Social Security Supplemental Income payments, call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 or call us at (781) 890-2222.

Pensions and VA Payments To arrange direct deposit of your VA or pension checks, call your employer’s human resources department.

Overdraft Protection protects you from overdrawing your Checking Account whether you write a check, foreget to make a deposit, use your ATM/Check Card for more than the amount in your account and avoids incurring bounced check fees. Allows you to write yourself a loan whenever you need extra cash. Covers your payment up to your available credit limit. Minimum monthly payment can automatically be deducted from your account or you can choose to make the payment when due.

Bank checks are available for your convenience, when you do not wish to make a large purchase using a personal check.

Free Notary Public Service Several members of our staff are Notaries Public and will provide services at no cost to members.

Wire Transfers We will make wire transfers to and from your account anywhere in the world. Requests made by noon will be made the same day. Requests received after noon, will be made on the next business day. There is a fee of $15 for domestic wire transfers and $25 for international wire transfers. Contact Member Servicesto request a wire transfer. You will need the following information to complete a transaction:

Your account number
Name, address and telephone number of destination bank
Destination bank’s routing and transit number/ABA number (nine digits)
Bank account number of the recipient
